In stock items usually dispatch within 48 hours. We ship anywhere in Ireland and internationally using An Post standard post. Insurance and tracked postage can be arranged. If you wish to avail of these services please contact us before placing your order to confirm the shipping costs.

If, for any reason, an item is not in stock we will contact you to ask if you wish the item to be placed on backorder. In stock items will be shipped separately and no extra postage charge will be incurred for the delivery of the backordered items. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of backordered items. However, we will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We are proud to offer quality yarns, needles and patterns for sale to our customers.

If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to us within seven days of delivery. Books and patterns may not be returned unless they are faulty. Items must be returned in an unused, unopened and saleable condition to:

Please include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt, with the returned items. We cannot accept liability for returned goods which are lost or damaged during transit. It is advisable to package the goods carefully and to return the items by registered post. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the return of goods and by the same payment method used for the original purchase.
