With this umbrella swift you can turn a skein of wool into a ball in no time at all, so that you can immediately get started with a new project.
You easily clamp the swift to a table, chair or other surface and tighten the bolt, so that it remains stable. Then place the skein of yarn around it and adjust the umbrella swift to the correct height and width. With the handle at the top, turn the swift around to unwind the yarn and wind it into a ball.
For extra convenience and speed, the umbrella swift can also be used in combination with a ball winder. This way you can turn every skein of wool into a neat yarn cake. After use, the umbrella swift is easy to fold and store away. It is made of plastic and metal. Supplied per 1 piece.
