Introducing Gaudi on the This is Knit Vlog

It's time to share another finished item with all of you and today it comes from the fabulous needles of Joy. So sit back and press play and watch as Jacqui models Joy's latest knit - the Gaudi pullover designed by none other than the ever iconic Julie Knits in Paris.

In the video, Joy introduces Gaudi by Julie Dubreux, aka Julie Knits in Paris.This sweater was launched by Julie at the Barcelona Knits Festival and as soon as Joy saw it, she just had to cast on.

This is a top-down sweater worked in the round with a stunning colour work yolk. Joy highlights the exquisite detailing on the hem and sleeves which show off the yarn perfectly. The mosaic stranded colourwork is accentuated by the wide long sleeves and the slightly cropped hem. Joy's version here is knitted a little longer in the body and shows off the yarn perfectly.
