October 2009

The Knitting & Stitching Show kicked off today and we’ve already had a great time meeting up with lots of dedicated knitters, crocheters and spinners alike. We particularly enjoyed showing off all the new heavenly Dublin Dye Company yarns – mmmm Alpaca Lace mmmm drool!

If you are coming along don’t forget to check out the magnificent Miski, dreamy Qina and terrific Tupa… then there’s some of our yarn tasting faves – Willow Tweed, Thistle, Hulda, Fez and Sari Ribbon. The Debbie Bliss Luxury Chunky Tweed has also come in for the show (I know quite a few of you were waiting to see that). Lamb’s Pride Worsted and Bulky are making a first appearance at the Dublin Knitting & Stitching Show, together with Naturespun Fingering. If you are looking for a quick knit we have some yummy colours of Como on display too. Rowan yarns are making an appearance in the form of Lima, Cocoon and Kidsilk Haze and on the super gorgeous front we have Tilli Tomas, Claudia Handpainted Yarn and the brand new Wagtail 4ply Mohair.

I’m sure I’m forgetting lots but it’s been a long day – we have three more of them to go so there’s plenty of opportunities for you all to stop by. Hope to see you there soon!
